Looking in a particular neighbourhood? You’ll love how easy it is to search by community using the simple tabs built right into the site. Whether you're narrowing your focus or just exploring, you can quickly click into your area of interest and see what's currently on the market—no complicated filters or endless scrolling needed. 

2. Valuation Tab

This is a feature I’m especially excited about—because, to be honest, it’s one that never quite worked properly on my previous site (which was hosted on an American platform). Now that I’ve moved to a Canadian-hosted site, this tool works the way it should!

It allows you to get a quick snapshot of the average home price in your area—helpful if you're wondering what homes are generally selling for nearby. That said, while it's a fantastic starting point, it’s important to remember that no online tool can replace the accuracy of an in-person evaluation. Every home has its own unique story, features, and market position—so if you're really curious about what your home might be worth, the best approach is always to have me come by for a proper walkthrough and tailored assessment.

3. Interactive Map Search

Have a specific location in mind? Use the map search to explore homes in the exact areas you're interested in. Zoom in, move around, and see what’s available—it’s a great way to search more intuitively.

The best part? I haven’t taken anything away from my previous platform—you’ll still find all the familiar tools you’re used to. I’ve simply added more value to support you better.
